** Evaluation Readiness Assessment Tool -This fully automated tool is designed to help leaders (executive teams, boards of directors) of social or human service agencies – and interested stakeholders such as funders – assess an organization’s evaluation-readiness. It is designed for organizations that wish to be accountable for client outcomes, not just for activities and products (outputs).  The tool will immediately generate a Report once all questions are answered.  The ratings and their scores will, when aggregated, result in a rating of an agency’s readiness for evaluation, and a suggestion for the kind of evaluation that would be most appropriate at this time.

** Social Investment Risk Assessment - Self Assessment Tool (SIRASA) - This fully automated, 30 question self-assessment tool is designed to let the leaders of social or human service agencies evaluate whether their clients are apt to benefit, as intended, from the programming and services their agency offers. A "low risk" rating means that clients are likely to benefit as intended; conversely, a "high risk" rating means that the likelihood that clients will benefit is low.  The SIRASA will immediately generate a Report to the organization once all thirty questions have been answered.  This Report consists of a single score plus a paragraph discussing the organization’s likely strengths and weaknesses with regard to program performance management.
